At Culture Kings, we want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your streetwear, which is why we offer flexible returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all items are in original condition with tags attached and footwear is returned in its original box.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Return Type

  Select whether you would like to receive a store credit for future drops or an exchange for a different size or style.

  Pack and Post

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
